Q: What is your Refund & Re-Shipping Policy?
95% of our deliveries are smooth and on time. However, if an issue arises with your order, you can take advantage of our 100% money-back guarantee under the following conditions:
- If you do not receive your item within 10 days after the expected delivery date.
- If you receive a faulty batch of pills, identified by receiving multiple complaints about that particular batch.
If your package is delayed or misplaced by the postal or courier services, we will re-send your order for free. If the second shipment is not successful as well, we will process a refund.
- Please check our tracking tool to ensure that the delivery is overdue before taking the next step.
- Inform us of the non-delivery. Our first step will be to follow up on your package, and if the postal services are unable to rectify the issue, we will re-ship for free or refund your order as per your preference.
When will I receive my invoice and tracking number?
Confirmation email : Within 5-10- minutes after our system have received payment for your order – its is fully automated.
Tracking number email: Around 24-72 business hours after you pay for your order.
Tracking number was not provided for my order
For certain products that are more controlled, you might only receive the confirmation email and not the tracking email for OPSEC reasons. For such orders we will not give out tracking numbers unless in the event the order is disputed. However, we will check tracking on your behalf if you order has not arrived in 5 days from being marked as shipped.
Error messages: What do they mean
Error message (1):
Shipping method mismatch.
The shipping method selected on the product page doesn’t match your shipping address. For instance, you can’t choose “UK domestic” shipping for a US address. Please select a compatible shipping method for your location.

Disable VPN/Proxy when paying with paypal.
For payments via paypal checkout method we have additional security functions that prevent checkout to the next step if you are using a VPN or proxy. Try disabling your VPN, clear cache, and try again. If it doesnt work, try to use other payment methods such as crypto / BTC. Or contact support to assist you with paying your order via paypal and we will help you do this manually.

Will I be prosecuted/ fined if order was seized
We send out thousand of packages on a regular basis, and the vast majority of items are delivered without a hitch as we are shipping them domestically. As a result, you can place your order without fear.
In the unlikely event that your parcel gets lost or stuck at, please inform us – we will resend your order at no additional charge or get into the refunding process.
Will my order require a signature?
For 99% of the cases for orders to the US and other countries, shipments will not require a signature upon delivery and will be sent to your mailbox. Delivery courier might send to your doorstep if they believe it is unsafe to leave in the mailbox or too large a package that it could not fit in your particular mailbox.
For countries in the EU, 93% of deliveries go directly to the mailbox, while 7% may require a signature. This can vary depending on your local delivery service, so it’s difficult for us to confirm in advance. However, rest assured that every order is fully insured, and we will reship if any issues arise. Products that i have purchased are ineffective
If certain products has worked for you in the past and you have been using it frequently, you may have built up a tolerance to the drug. To avoid this, take a break from it and try hopping back on after 1-2 weeks of no intake. (If applicable)
If you believe that you have received a bad batch of products called duds, please contact our support and we will review it base on a case by case basis.
